Flex-Line folding systems are foldable large load carriers made of plastic that fulfil all the requirements of modern and environmentally friendly transport and warehouse logistics. Thanks to a special design consisting of a Twin Sheet pallet, folding ring and Twin Sheet lid, they are lightweight yet very stable. They are ergonomic and safe to handle, have a long service life and can be fully recycled at the end of their useful life. The large load carriers can be folded up to save space for storage and transporting empties.

We offer the Flex-Line Box in three different versions so that you can find the right type of packaging for your hazardous goods, such as lithium-ion batteries, battery cells or battery modules. The Basic version for simple conditions, the Advanced version equipped with an E-glass fibre needle mat and the Premium version with PyroBubbles® for the highest level of protection.
