Advanced Safety for the Transport and Storage of Lithium-Ion Batteries
Through years of development and continuous optimization, GENIUS transport containers have become one of the safest solutions for the transport and storage of lithium-ion batteries. Extensive fire tests confirm their high level of protection: The containers have all the necessary approvals in accordance with P911 and LP906 and can also be flexibly used in other transport scenarios such as P903, LP903, P908, LP904, P909, P910, and LP905.

Controlled Safety During Thermal Events
The design of GENIUS containers ensures that temperatures on the outer walls remain well below 100°C even during and after a thermal runaway. The system reliably prevents the escape of flames and projectiles. Through specially developed valves and the use of the fire suppression agent PyroBubbles®, toxic substances are filtered out and the fire is contained or, ideally, completely extinguished.
Flexible filling options for maximum safety
GENIUS transport containers can be filled with either PyroBubbles® loose material or PyroBubbles® cushions. Both options are available in various sizes, allowing the container to be optimally adapted to the specific battery system.
