Lightweight, Sustainable, and Foldable Bulk Carrier
FLEX-Line folding systems are foldable plastic bulk carriers that meet all the requirements of modern, environmentally friendly transport and warehouse logistics. Their special design—consisting of a twin-sheet pallet, folding ring, and twin-sheet lid—makes them lightweight yet very stable. They offer ergonomic, safe handling, a long service life, and are fully recyclable. For storage and the transport of empty containers, the carriers can be folded to save space.

To help you find the right packaging for your hazardous materials, we offer the FLEX‑Line in three configuration options—Basic, Advanced, and Premium—as well as in several sizes
Basic: Empty container for the transport of undamaged / like-new lithium-ion battery systems in accordance with ADR packaging instruction PI903 / LP903.
Advanced: For enhanced protection, including a fiberglass lining, in accordance with ADR PI903, PI908, PI909, PI910, LP903, LP904, and LP905. For example, for defective systems or prototypes.
Premium: For maximum protection, including E-glass fiber lining and PyroBubbles® cushions (dust-free), in accordance with ADR PI903, PI908, PI909, PI910, LP903, LP904, and LP905.
